Christ Church Episcopal School

The Borrower, Christ Church Episcopal School, is a South Carolina non-profit corporation and an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Christ Church Episcopal School operates an independent, coeducational, college preparatory school in Greenville, South Carolina. Founded in 1959, Christ Church Episcopal School offers curriculum in kindergarten through 12th grade. The school is structured around three academic divisions: the Lower School (kindergarten through grade 4), the Middle School (grades 5 through 8), and the Upper School (grades 9 through 12).

The Borrower is accredited by a number of educational associations including the National Association of Independent Schools and the Southern Association of Independent Schools.

The proceeds of the $8,000,000 Economic Development Revenue Bonds issued by JEDA were used by the Borrower to finance the construction and equipping of a new High School building and the renovation of the former High School building for use as a new Lower School facility.
